    This absolute waterfront home is perfectly located opposite the MONA and overlooking the picturesque Derwent River, offering a truly relaxing experience just 20 minutes from the city. Whether you are looking for a base to explore this renowned region or simply a peaceful escape from the everyday, this two-storey, three-bedroom property is the perfect home away from home.

    Entering at ground level, a contemporary, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a welcoming, light-filled space to unwind and socialise with loved ones. Cook up fresh, local produce in the well-equipped kitchen, eat around the kitchen island or at the dining table, then kick back in the living room on one of the comfy sofas with a movie. On cooler evenings, settle in with a book by the fireplace or simply enjoy views across the river and over to the twinkling lights of Hobart.

    There are multiple outdoor living and dining options, with a spacious patio, complete with a BBQ and table setting overlooking the Derwent River, offering an inviting place to share meals alfresco.
