Build in the early 1900s, this is an art deco style, renovated apartment, this unique, spacious, fully contained, one bedroom apartment is perfect for interstate or international travellers wanting to experience the unique wonders of Hobart. This apartment is a stand-alone apartment next to another apartment above some shops. This is a large one bedroom apartment build in 1900s with a separate living room and a separate combined kitchen and dining room. In the living room is a large couch to relax. The sofa bed is single only. This is usually placed in the living room. Please let us know if you require the sofa bed for your stay so we can have it set up. Off street parking: \- 128 Murray Street has free off street parking for ONE car. We recommend a SMALL to MEDIUM vehicle as the driveway is narrow and has a tight turn in and out. Access is up a driveway. There are two apartments next to each other in the middle of the CBD. Free Wifi: \- Communication exchange being only 60 metres away allows blistering fast internet. Air conditioning \- 6 KW Fujitsu Air Conditioner Inverter keeps you cool when its hot, and warm when its not. Double glazed windows to help reduce the sounds of the city. Complete kitchen: \-Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, microwave oven, italian stove top coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Home theatre: \-Large flat screen television, PlayStation 4, and Netflix. Modern bathroom. Spacious Bedroom: \- Enormous bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, electric blankets, and bedside tables with lamps. \*Portacot is provided for guests on request. \*There is also an ottoman which converts to a small single bed on request. Laundry: \- Front loading energy and water efficient combo washing machine/dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron provided. We can be contacted via the airbnb app or mobile during your stay. Less than a minutes walk and you shall be in the center of the shopping area - Cat & Fiddle Arcade, Centrepoint Shopping Centre and the whalf are all at your finger tips. Also less than a minutes walk away are some of wonderful cafes and restaurants. The apartment is approx 15 minutes drive from the airport. A taxi from the airport will cost around $50 to the Apartment. Alternatively there is the airport shuttle bus - Stop 5 is closest to the apartment. Keyless Entry: \- Don\`t won\`t about losing the keys - there aren\`t any! Guests receive a four digit entry code before arrival which is changed for stay. Hire Cars: \-The apartment has off street parking for one vehicle during your stay. We recommend small to medium vehicles as the driveway is relatively narrow. Cancellations and Refunds: \- As per the policy found under the terms of this listing. Cleaning / Servicing: \- Professional serviced cleaning is performed between every guest visit. \- Professional serviced cleaning includes kitchen cleaning/wipedown, vacuuming/mopping of apartment, changing of bed linen, bathroom towels and mats, and re-stocking of complimentaries. \- 128 Murray is a fully, self contained apartment with washing facilities. Guests staying in excess of 1 week can decide whether to have a free mid-stay clean. We ask that all our linen is left for the cleaner to wash. If you need additional linen, please let us know. The apartment is surrounded by dining options and is a short walk to Salamanca and the waterfront. The apartment is very generously proportioned with a huge bedroom and living room. Kitchen was great too although we chose to eat during our 2 night stay. Off-street parking was a bonus. It’s minutes from Templo, Dāna and Dier Makr. The Sunday Farmgate market is kitty corner to here. It’s also pretty cool building, a very large space (we didn’t use the living room, it was so big). The flow in the kitchen is odd but functional. It’s really clean, and the shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We were originally concerned about noise from the street but that wasn’t an issue. The driveway is for confident drivers only. Our rental car was an Outlander and had no problems parking. Great Art Deco apartment located in the heart of Hobart. So roomy and comfortable with everything you could want for your stay. The apartment was immaculate and catered for all our needs. We were within a 5 minute walk of everywhere we wanted to go. Great communication from the owners and were helpful to accomodate our needs. The bed was exceptional and provided a great nights sleep. We loved your recommendations on where to go and have coffee, where to eat, drink and travel. Walking distance to all the best spots in Hobart CBD, so many restaurants to choose from. The space inside is clean, hugely spacious for just the 2 of us. Our hire car fit nicely in the space provided but access is a tight fit. The amenities were fine for our stay and everything was very comfy. The noise from the Main Street below was minumual and the layout was great, couldn't have been happier. Would stay again in a heartbeat ##### MARIA S. Bed & couch was really comfy and the heater did the job and kept us nice & cozy!! Shower was fantastic too Kirby even came on the day I told her of a issue with the HDMI cable on the TV and got it fixed straight away!!
