When you stay in, you can use the facilities in the building like Gym, Swimming Pool Area and go around in playground place and Riverside. If you need buy or eat something you can go to the convenient stores, coffee shops and restaurants in the ground floor. Moreover, it has free cable TV, free wifi, smarthome control and mordern water spray system.

In the apartment, you can enjoy the amenities we provide in. We set up full furniture to help you feel the apartment like your house with a king bed, sofa, closet, electric stove, oven, fridge, water boiler, hair dryer, iron, flashlight,

Resident Card and Passcode are used to access the apartment and use the Gym and Swimming Pool Area. We will provide the passcode before you arrival at least 1 day. The apartment is totally private and you can entrance 24 hours with no curfew. Before you check out, please leave the resident card in the apartment and turn up all electronic equipment like air-conditioner, lights... as well as close the door.
