"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"

I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! "Overall the hotel is great and we were happy with our stay. Our only issue was the bed wasn’t a King bed as advertised in our Suite. Nothing changed even after informing the reception. That was the disappointment as we have our 1.5 year daughter with us and was smaller bed compared to what a King bed would have been. "

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly, the rooms were kept very clean. Sheets and towels were changed out regularly. The room was modern. The kitchen had all of the standard amenities with new appliances. The bed wasn’t too hard and the pillows were comfortable. "
