The apartment was beautiful and in such a great location. Easy walk to Prague Castle and Old Town. Right on the transit line so easy trip to anywhere in the city. The owner met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed. We were a group a 7 and would definitely stay again if we needed the space.

Great apartment. Clean, plenty of space, easy access to public transportation and close to grocery stores.
I will stay here again in the future if I have the chance to return to Prague.
I will recommend this place to any person visiting Prague.

Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).

The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

The chairs were torn up by the pool that need replaced and the air-conditioning in the room did not work which I had on 16°C and it felt like 82°F all night, which I got a sinus infection so it wasn’t very very happy about that. "The staff member was very pushy and insisted that I pay everything in a single transaction instead of splitting the payment. Their attitude felt quite rude and intimidating. It also seemed that they were much friendlier toward Czech customers."
