The hotel was run down, not well maintained and breakfast was average. When we asked for a small amount of fresh milk for our coffee in the room, the staff came back with a large glass full of milk wanting 25 SEK.

Unfortunately, we were not contacted, and we were locked outside when we arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, someone working in the restaurant let us in and called someone to figure ..."
