"Stapl was nice, and everything was clean"

"It was a peacefull stay but: 1. The bed was not even a bed, it was like a sofa bed, horrible experience; 2. Some furniture was like from the 90's; 3. Carpets in the room were not a great experience; 4. Breakfast area had many flyers saying that guests can't take not even an apple from there, we felt not free; 5. The elevator was working slow; 6. Swimming pool was closed; 7. The staff was nice."

"The room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the view was incredible! The only downfall is that you guys did not have a pool, and the elevator on the 8th floor was slow. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends. "

"Air conditioning was not very good. Even though we set the temp to 66 it was always 71-73 in the room. We were told there was no daily housekeeping but that after days someone would be in. That never happened. We put towels and trash in the hallway but never got towels replaced until we went to the desk ans asked for them. Never got a trash bag. I think you could do better on that!"

"Staff are friendly. The only thing that’s missing is the pool, no water as want to swim and the ac is too loud but over all I recommend the place."

"Hotel was nice overall not what I expected… couldn’t sleep well people were loud in the hallway all night walls so thin you can hear everything in the halls. Found mold in my champagne glass from the cup . "
