Very well-maintained rooms - even if you leave the room as late as 4 PM, housekeeping manages to clean the room. Other hotels just skip room cleaning for that day.
The hotel also had a champagne and pastries delivered to room as gift for a special day! Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Do not go to this hotel for the spa! It is tiny. There were no staff members keeping it tidy on either day we visitied. Kids screaming - despite the signs and so many towels used and not cleared up it was not a pleasant experience - especially as the photos make it look so inviting. - Don't be fooled by the photos! It really is small and not worth it. Also the pool is cold.
Lastly we stayed in room 418 and all we could smell coming for the aircon vents in the hallway just outside our room was a mixture of weed and smoke. We reported this to the front of house team but it didnt do any good.
