Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Hallo Zusammen, die Unterkunft war wirklich prima, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden bishin zur Sauna und einem beheizten Skischuhständer. Sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren super nett. Die Nähe zur Skipiste ist super nah und Lermos ist wirklich zu empfehlen, keine langen Wartezeiten am Lift. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. "Basically when you book this place you get no address (just incorrect gps coordinates labeled L2 L2 that take you somewhere in the same town, to the house of an Indian family, which you can imagine our mutual suprise when I knocked on the door).
