"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. "We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. "We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this flat. Situated midway along Ludwigstraße, its location afforded us easy walking distance to shops, ATM, and the public parking garage. Parking initially for us was a challenge since we could not use the underground lot nor access directly the public parking garage due to road construction. Once located, however, this garsge was easy and convenient to use."

"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. "All the rooms were modern and a good size. The lounge/kitchen was well equipped with nice furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Our car was unused during our stay, but left in a secure parking space at the property. Our e-bikes were secured over night in a locked garage. The easy walk into central Garmish was about ten minutes. With our bikes we were able to visit all the locations/towns around Garmish, via the dedicated cycle paths or minor roads and mountain trails."
