A small 15 mph lakeside road is quiet and convenient for walking to the nearby 2 restaurants for food and/or drinks, as well as a great waterside stroll! This completely renovated home is cozy and comfortable for a peaceful getaway from home for all seasons. Enjoy the propane fireplace & heat during cold winter months or large windows for spring and summer air. Central AC newly installed! All furnishings, appliances, and bedding are updated regularly. Hardwood floors. Enjoy the huge landscaped flat yard for family gatherings and yard games. The gazebo is perfect for dining outdoors. Or spend the day relaxing sitting in the phenomenal, large 14'x16' pavilion with comfortable furniture and a hammock surrounded by flowers. Make your own bonfire in the stone 6' fire pit for an evening of relaxation with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy two kayaks for water fun. The home is immaculate, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and everything you could ever need is anticipated and provided. The grounds are exceptional with breathtaking landscaping. What a stunning view of Seneca Lake!! We loved sitting on the dock with the dogs and gazing at the lake. The location is central to so many Finger Lakes destinations. Kitchen easy to cook in, state parks and rail trails, wineries, then sitting at the firepit watching the lake. Wonderful! ##### Sean B.
