"I chose this hotel because it was the only one that had 24h check-in option ( I landed quite late). Didn’t expect much from the room, but I was quite surprised to see how clean it was. Indeed it was a small room-hence the name of the hotel, but it was clean, warm with a very comfortable bed that had a mattress protection and clean sheets (quality ones-cotton). In the bathroom there were clean towels (again, quality ones) and a small hand soap and a small sachet of 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash,...

My favourite was Louisa in reception (10/10) and the serving staff in the restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and the main hotel plus restaurant are kept in perfect condition. The hotel has a lovely pool, sauna and spa which was wonderful after a busy day to relax in. Free car parking and easy public transport busses."

"The hotel and resort is very nice. The cottage was lovely and well equipped. Our only gripe was the lack of bedding, after re-reading the advert it does say bedding is extra i juat didnt notice it. The pool was nice but sauna was out of use for all of our stay and no access to the spa included. Breakfast buffet was very good. Site staff worked hard to clear the mounds of snow dumped overnight."
