"A bit confusing what they offer as to what you get. In the descriptions of the hotel Mountain View vs. Riverview don't quite equate, there are mountains everywhere. "I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at."
