Hilton Park Victorian Gardens

no ventilation; no ability to control a/c and room gets muggy fast, as well as no daily cleaning to things can get dirty quick

All of the staff are proactive, charming and so helpful. All queries were answered fully and with good humour. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are extraordinary.

Room was well appointed but lacked space for clothes, suitcase etc. No space to hang clothes. It would have been difficult for two people to share space as it was awkward for one. I booked room for convenience to National Art Gallery and few restaurants I wanted to try; that goal was meet. Disappointed to find the hotel closed for two night for private events. As a single woman, safe spaces are a necessary and the hotel bar is always a refuge.
