The people at the property were very kind. There was no outside markings to show where the property was so it was somewhere difficult to find without GPS. The only difficulty was there was no hot water the whole time we were there so we were unable to shower. That is a real downer. I thought a refund was due, but didn’t ask for one.

Their card reader was down when we checked in. The customer service person at the front desk stated he would call when the system was back up. No biggie, I had already prepaid for the room online. Wait till 11pm at night when he began banging violently on the glass window at our room. He banged the door so hard it scared my 71 year old mother who was staying with us. Woke us up for a 10.00 parking charge that had to be paid immediately. Excuse me..... but I think it would have been just fine to wait until morning. He called the room phone and my spouse and I walked to the office to pay AGAIN in the middle of the night! I exclaimed how upset I was at his behavior and that none of us could fall back asleep. In which he started shouting at us that we were "Not respecting him" I stated that he was wrong for ruining our night and that that his behavior was unnecessary. I can not believe you have such a reckless person on your staff!!!! You can also hear all of your neighbors any one walking up the stairs, this place sounds like a bowling alley.

Most of the staff just kind of did their own thing. Constantly sitting talking on their phones some of them were quite rude. I was surprised considering this was a Hilton property. The rooms were clean. Location was good to.

No name on building. Needs to have a lot more work done to it. Breakfast consisted of bagels and muffins. Door on room had no bottom seal, put towel on floor to keep bugs out.

Thank you for your feedback. We have recently installed the door sweeps on the doors. Unfortunately, we are awaiting approval from the town of Hilton Head to install the sign. The city has very strict guidelines on the appearance of the buildings on Hilton Head. Thank you for your feedback

The customer service was not helpful, there was no luggage carts and we were told there was one on other floors instead of let me get someone to get one for you, parking is horrible, fridge in our room did not work there was no microwave and it says breakfast included on the website when it should say bagels and yogurt only. The tv remote only worked if you were standing right on top of tv which kinda defeats purpose of remote. The ice machine def wouldn’t pass health code and we were told one on floor one and two nothing on floor two. We are Hilton garden vacation owners and stay at Hilton owned properties a lot and all over and this one was by far the worst.

It took about 20 minutes to check-in because there was just 1 person at the desk, the comforter smelled like body odor, the remote did not consistently work, the property was under renovation and there was sawing right outside of our room at 8am.

It was a short walk to the beach and lots of dining choices within a 5 to 10 minute ride. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

We originally booked a two night stay and had to check out after one night. I asked for a refund for the one night we did not stay. I spoke with the property as well as Hotel.com. No refund was given. Additionally, the room we stayed in had a stale basement smell.

Close to the beach, shopping, groceries, dining. Bike/walking trails get you to all of the above. You can park your car when you get there and not drive it again until you leave. If you're happy with Caligny Beach, you're all set. If you want to visit the Sea Pines portion of Hilton Head, be advised you will need to purchase a gate pass. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfasts were tasty and sufficient. No complaints.

Great stay for pretty good price!
We enjoyed our stay here! Nice that it included free breakfast! The pool was nice, no one ever seemed to be there which makes sense since only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The pool can be shady at times. The bed was so comfortable we loved it and the room was pretty good sized! Pet friendly is a bonus even though we didn’t stay with any. Love it!

It was super close to the neighborhood beach access, clean, plenty of parking, cold a/c and free breakfast was a plus! The old tennis courts around the building are an eye sore but not visible from the street. Perfect for less than a 7 night stay during high season.
