Shore Fun-Beautiful, Many upgrades! w/Bikes&Chairs

Newly renovated ocean retreat. Everything in this 3rd floor villa is modern and tastefully decorated, with a great view from the balcony!. Featuring a beautifully designed kitchen with granite counters, all new flooring, and a sliding barn door separating the living and bedroom. New bed and linens. We have a flat cooktop (no oven), microwave, toaster and all pots and pans needed for cooking meals at the villa.

The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side.


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

So clean and cozy!

My husband and I visited Hilton Head for the first time even though we are life long SC residents. This villa was exactly as described and very clean. Communication was great with the owner. A huge plus is that beach chairs and bikes are included! We look forward to visiting again next year.

Hilton Head Beachfront Vacation

Property was as advertised. Great spot for 2, comfortable with quick access to a lot of Hilton Head amenities. My partner and I stayed there for a week and it was very enjoyable. Great having beach chairs and umbrella for use. Communication with host was immediate and check in was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway spot in Hilton Head that is close to the beach and restaurants.

Cozy Get Away!

We have stayed at the condo’s several times, but I believe we have loved this condo more than any of the other ones! Loved having my coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful view, even saw a few dolphins swim by! We don’t cook dinners and usually have sandwiches for lunch. We do eat breakfast in, might be a good idea to provide a small toaster oven since no oven.

Great location!

We enjoyed this property! Small but has what you need. Walk the path to the beach was short and it’s an awesome beach! You can walk for miles or use the bikes to pedal away. A few minutes walk to Coligny Plaza for shops, grocery, live music, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed our second stay in this property after a brief stay in May of this year. There is something to having confidence that the property will be clean , well furnished and in a great location. Location is perfect

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a few days of relaxation. It is tiny but it has everything you need and the location is spectacular. We were on the beach every morning and evening. You can walk or ride the bikes that come with the condo to shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable.
