The 5,000 acre resort is a favorite with families and photographers for the 5 miles of gorgeous beaches, The Beach Club and Heritage Club (open to all), a 605 acre Nature Preserve, 3 championship golf courses, Harbour Town Marina, South Beach Marina, Lawton Stables, 16 miles of interconnected leisure/biking paths, Gregg Russell summer sing alongs, shopping, dining, water sports, playground, farmer's market and more! You can bike to sunrise and sunset views on the water all within the resort. \*\*\*\*\*\*\* ISLAND SONG VILLA is a very spacious, clean, organized, upscale villa in the serene parklike setting of Inland Harbour. We are working on a gorgeous new kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room, to finalize our top to bottom renovations! Completion March 2026. LOW ALLERGEN: With our extensive renovations, we decided to no longer allow pups and to make our villa as low allergen as possible. We have a whole house dehumidifier, whole house air purifier, all new HVAC ductwork, MERV 13 HVAC filters, HEPA vacuum, washer and dryer, new upholstered furniture, mattresses, mattress and pillow encasements, limited carpet (stairs only) and a few low pile rugs. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* The villa is nestled in a hidden gem of a community with only 34 upscale villas to share 2 recently resurfaced Tennis/ Pickleball Courts and a Seasonal Pool (both accessible only by entry code). The note about 34 villas means the pool and courts are steps away, and it is QUIET, so you won't have hordes of people at the pool or on the courts! Island Song Villa is beautifully furnished like a personal vacation home, not a rental and is two stories, with no one above or below to disturb you. An average hotel room is 325 SF and the villa is almost 5 times that size at 1,597 SF. FIRST FLOOR: ENTRY - One extra-wide and extra-long parking spot is right out front, with a lighted walkway, and plenty of space in the yard for bikes. There are 7 steps to get into the villa, and a motion activated porch light illuminates a simple 4-digit keyless entry lock. A Ring video doorbell at the front door ensures the safety of your stay as well as the safety of our property. KITCHEN & DINING - Create wonderful meals in the well-stocked galley kitchen with plenty of spices, cookware, gadgets, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy relaxing meals at the large dining table while listening to your favorite playlist on the Bose Wave Speaker with Bluetooth. LIVING - After a great day of island fun, dim the sconces and relax on the sofa to play games, watch a Netflix movie or one of 125+ channels on the 55" wall mounted Smart TV. DECK - Enjoy a beverage or dinner alfresco on the deck with bar height table and 6 barstools. There are generally very few tennis matches on the 2 Inland Harbour courts that are only accessible by a key and shared by 34 villas. The courts are non-lighted, so the games end when the sun goes down. 1ST FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM & BATH - High quality furniture, with spacious dresser, 2 XL twin beds (2026), 32” Smart TV, ceiling fan, wood clothes hangers, bedside USB charger, sliding door to small balcony, and adjoining bath with tub/shower combination accessible to the living area. SECOND FLOOR: 2ND FLOOR BEDROOM & BATH - One of the largest villa bedrooms in Sea Pines, featuring high quality furniture, luxurious King size Stearns & Foster Estate Series mattress (2024), (innerspring & memory foam), memory foam pillows, two spacious dressers, two bedside USB chargers, and a 40” wall mounted Smart TV. The GORGEOUS new en suite bath features teak vanities and storage cabinet, quartz countertops, porcelain flooring, large walk-in shower with marble mosaic inset, skylight, custom walk-in closet, with wood hangers, and and in-wall laptop safe. SITTING AREA - The sitting area is adjacent to the 2nd floor bedroom, and created in 2019 by enclosing the 2-story dining room which added an extra 66 SF of floor space to the villa. This work area includes a desk, comfortable chair, ASB charger, 27” monitor, (bring your own laptop, keyboard and mouse). Catch up with a good book on the chaise or bring your yoga mat to stick with your healthy routine during your vacation. LAUNDRY - High efficiency washer and dryer, PLENTY OF FULL SIZED LAUNDRY SUPPLIES. GEAR - We provide (1) beach umbrella, (4) large cooler backpack style beach chairs, (1) hard cooler (good for the pool). Bicycles can be rented nearby at The Peddling Pelican at the Shops at Sea Pines Center, a 5 minute walk and they deliver and pick up as well. We lock the bicycles to each other or to a tree in the front yard. INLAND HARBOUR - Exceptionally well maintained complex and perhaps the best in all of Sea Pines. It is in the heart of Sea Pines, and the LOCATION ALONG THE LIGHTHOUSE ROAD CORRIDOR IS FANTASTIC, centrally located across from The Shops at Sea Pines Center. You don't have the high cost of being on the beach, the crowds and noise of Harbour Town, or the distance to travel to get to South Beach. THE SHOPS AT SEA PINES CENTER is a short walk and offers shopping, our favorite seasonal gelato and coffee shop, restaurants, a day spa, candle making experience, bike rentals, a farmer's market on Tuesdays, and the SEA PINES HEALTH CLUB which offers weekly memberships for a fee. BIKE PATHS - One of the absolute musts in Sea Pines is to park the car, rent bikes and make that your primary method of transportation. Bike rental is very affordable in Hilton Head, and there is a bike rental company called The PEDDLING PELICAN right across the street that will deliver and pick up for convenience! Biking the 15 miles of leisure trails in Sea Pines including the tranquil 605-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve is relaxing and lets you bond with the natural beauty of the community. Using just your bicycle, you can easily reach the beach, shopping, breakfast/lunch/happy hour and sunset dinner. It makes the Sea Pines experience especially memorable. Start your day to see the sunrise at the Beach Club, play a little tennis/ pickleball, or a round of golf, have a swim in the seasonal pool and end your day with cocktails watching the sunset at the Harbour Town Lighthouse, a 5-minute walk/ bike ride. Great location with an easy walk to Harbour Town, Shops at Sea Pines and can throw a tennis ball to the courts! The place was so clean and well organized. The host was amazing and made sure everything was great throughout our stay. Sea Pines can get pretty crowded but this townhouse is situated in a quiet area and within walking distance of Heron Point and Harbor Town. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. Not only is the home beautifully decorated, it is very clean and well supplied. The hosts are amazing communicators and went above and beyond multiple times during our long-term stay. The location of the property is perfect for exploring multiple parts of sea pine, is very well kept, and parking was easy. For those working during your stay, the desk was perfect, and the internet worked very well. We will be staying here again. ##### J F. Very comfortable and clean, everything labeled and easy to find and use. Great location, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. we didn't realize the trolley seasonal schedule, but where we did go was close and uncrowded. Really enjoyed the bike paths. It looks just like the pictures online only better in person. The kitchen is well organized and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and again the furniture is really nice and in great condition. The location to the pool is great and the pool was very well maintained and not crowded. Several times we were the only ones there. The villa is located central to everything you need. You can walk or bike to restaurants and the lighthouse area. The walking/biking trails around the entire area are really amazing. we walked every morning in late July and you are in the shade of beautiful trees most of the time. The owners response time for any questions is almost immediate. She was very easy and friendly to work with. We would highly recommend this villa for any stay in Sea Pines/Hilton Head area and we hope to return some day. ##### Stephanie S. The location is superb, mere steps from private tennis/pickleball courts, an upgraded pool, and bike path. Harbor Town is a pleasant 5 minute bike ride, eliminating the need to search for parking. We biked (10 min) and some days drove (spots were always available) to the Beach Club. Every Sea Pines amenity is easily accessible & returning to the lush landscaping & immaculate grounds at Inland Harbor greatly enhanced the experience. The condo itself is outstanding. Kim has created a true oasis by anticipating guests’ every need (i.e. well placed power cords, tech amenities, a shoe tray right inside the door… all of those little details transformed the condo from a rental to a home). The layout is open and spacious, the decor is fresh and new, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Among the many notable extra touches were Kim’s labels explaining where to find things, how to use the Bose system, etc. We appreciated that attention to detail as Kim’s hospitality shone through each helpful hint. The condo was immaculate top to bottom: the furnishings all crisp, stylish, & clean. We especially appreciated the high quality linens/mattresses. Communication was delightful & prompt…There was an unusual storm surge during our stay and Kim & Peter could not have been more accommodating and helpful. A true 5-star experience. We spent 3 weeks in October working remotely and playing in HHI. We have stayed in numerous HHI rental properties over the years and this one far exceeded our expectations. As I told the owner, it was like staying a friends house rather than a rental. Clean, organized, well appointed, great location. In The owner was also very helpful during our stay.
