A few steps to the boardwalk that takes you straight to the beach, right down the porch's spiral stair case is the pool, and a very short bike ride down the beach or on the sidewalks & you are at all the shops & restaurants! We took many morning bike rides to the ship playground and one longer ride to eat lunch at Harbor Town. The condo is as pictured expect for the rooftop deck, which only had two of the four privacy screens intact, making for some awkward encounters with the next door neighbors. Proximity to the beach and Coligny shopping was perfect. The condo was comfortable for a family of four. The living room had a spacious sectional. The swimming pool was steps from the unit. Host2coast management of property was very good. Their app was very helpful with delivery of key codes for the gate and unit prior to arrival. They expedited a maintenance person for an issue with the sliding door. Overall, would recommend this unit and would return again. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We ended up with six ladies in the condo for a girls trip and it was perfect. Pool was heated and our unit was so close to it! We were happy to find beach chairs and some sand toys as well. Vary spacious and comfortable! The location is literally a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The rooms were good sizes with nice bathrooms. The kitchen has recently been upgraded.
