North Shore 406 - 3 Bedroom Two Story Penthouse - Newly Updated!

North Shore 406 was freshly painted throughout and newly updated in early 2026. All new flooring throughout also adds to the charm of this fabulous N. Forest Beach top floor townhouse! This bright and airy two-level 4th floor condominium features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the comforts of home. The dining room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted smart television plus another flat screen television in each bedroom. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 is on the main level and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is also on the 2nd floor and has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The roof top pool and hot tub are just outside the entry door of this unit. Unit 406 also offers a wraparound balcony just off the living room which is perfect for a relaxing meal or cool drink. This rental includes privileges at the Oceanside Sea Crest Pool where the famous "Pool Bar Jim's" is located.

North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage with an elevator, two parking spots, and plenty of luggage carts and bike racks. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center which has dozens of shops, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The new Low Country Celebration Park just off Pope Avenue is also just a short walk away. For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 401 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road.

Hilton Head Island Gem

Our family of six recently stayed at the condo off of Coligny Circle on Hilton Head Island. The location was perfect. There were lots of restaurants, shops, a Piggly Wiggly and the beach all within a couple of minutes walk. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need to cook dinner at home (except your groceries).There were plenty of starter supplies to make life easy, such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, basic cooking ingredients... We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Location is amazing!

Perfect condo for our adult family. Easy walking distance to beach, shopping and great restaurants. Check in process was extremely easy. Rooftop pool and hot tub are amazing and literally right outside the door. We rented a few bikes with the beach credit and really enjoy the Hilton Head trails. We would love to go back!!!

Great time on HHI

We had a great time. The property was a 5 min walk to beach. Had a nice swimming pool area on property and near beach. The condo was very nice. No volume in upstairs tv is my only real complaint.

NSP is in a great location. We only moved our vehicle a few times during our stay. The staff cleans the building and elevator daily. This is our 2nd time staying at this location. I will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect. My parents live on the island and we rent often. The property needs a major refresh and has some maintenance issues. Every bathroom sink needs to be unclogged and the downstairs bedroom shower did not drain. The master bed "squeaks' when you make the slightest movement and the kitchen could be far better equipped, appliances to utensils. Management company was good, easy to work with, nice and they told us the door lock was replaced and it needs a bit of a shove to open. We will not stay there again, even with a bit of a discount given at booking for us not using the bikes.

Carpet in lower level bedroom is ripped really bad and hurts if you step on it. Lots of dust and carpet needs replaced. That toilet also didnt flush unless my husband fixed the chain each time. Overall we loved it and it was nice but in need of some updates and a deep clean! Love the location which is right by the pool!!

We knew 3 days ahead of arrival that the pool and jot tub were going to be closed during our stay. The construction process going on was a suprise to us. It was terribly noisy and dusty to the point we could not stay there more than 2 days. Fortunately it is not a busy season and the mgt compsny had another place we could move to.

Prime location (across from Coligny, very close to beach, and the hot tub (and pool, although it was too cold) are right outside the door. The condo met or exceeded all our expectations. The Seashore Vacations staff was great throughout and went above and beyond by coming to the unit when we accidentally locked a bathroom door shut. The response was immediate and the fix was quick. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental and the booking was great. I will say I was disappointed in the sound level. People in the hot tub and on the pool deck until 130am was very difficult to deal with. There were 5 families renting several units and between them had at least 15 teenagers whom they allowed to hang on the pool deck and in the hot tub all hours. The cleaners at checkout also came at 9am and attempted to enter the unit without knocking. They were also not happy we were not ready to leave
