The neighborhood was wonderful and so nice to ride bikes around. We loved the proximity to the general store, beach, tennis/pickleball and golf. We absolutely loved the location of this condo, nestled right in the middle of queens grant. We biked to the beach which was one mile door to door. We loved having our own grill and private patio. The outdoor shower is also a huge bonus. We had a couple of check in gliches which Sylvia resolved quickly. Great family vacation! ##### Laura B. Contacted VRBO or owner and got apology only. Plastic cups only to drink from. Not close proximity to beach. We had stayed at 2 other spots at half the price, on the beach. It was very clean and a close walk to the nearest pool. Sylvia provided a couple board games in the closet, which were great since we mostly stayed out of most places we travel when on vacation due to COVID. Both bedrooms are good size, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience! I highly recommend this condo for a small family or group travel. My only note would be that this condo is tucked in the back of Queens Grant, which I liked for privacy and less traffic reasons. However, it’s a bit too far to walk to the beach if you’re packing a lot and have little ones (Around 3/4 mile). We drove: it was a quick drive and we found a parking spot each day! The walk is would’ve been easy to do with bikes, or with less cargo to haul. Highly recommend! Sylvia was also great to respond to messages going back and forth touching base related to COVID. ##### Tara M. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We had no issues with anything. It was just the two of us but there would have been plenty of room for a few more people. The resort was very quiet. We highly recommend this Villa and will absolutely consider rented from Sylvia again! ##### Paula B. It is spacious and we enjoyed the conveniences to Kroger and beach access. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stock the kitchen was with dishes, utensils, and cups. The master bedroom is very spacious. The decor was nice and feels very homey. We also got to enjoyed the patio area along with the grill. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again. During our stay, we were notified that the water will be shut off due to some maintenance work during our stay. Sylvia notified us almost immediately and we were able to adjust our schedules to ensure we are not there during the maintenance (the maintenance took place elsewhere but it would have impacted our ability to use the water). We thought it was a great location and easy to get around the different parts of HHI. Thank you for having us! ##### Estella L. Sylvia has a fantastic updated 2 bedroom condo in Palmetto Dunes. Everything was perfect for a nice long weekend in HHI. The condo is in the back of Queens Grant which is nice and a 2 minute walk to the pool around back. What you seen in the pictures is what you get, completely upgrade and super cozy. Great little enclosed patio with grill and lounge chairs. Couches and bed are super comfortable, Tv and WiFi easy to use with plenty of picture and sound. Appliances and wares are all there so you don’t need to bring much with you. Would definitely stay again and again! ##### WILLIAM H.
