Courtyard Villas - Marriott's Grande Ocean - Family Friendly Resort Condo - Right On The Beach!

This beautiful South Carolina oceanfront resort located on Hilton Head Island is conveniently located just minutes from Hilton Head and many of the Island's well-known activities. The property boasts 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a lazy river, fitness center and whirlpools. Easy beach access and available rental bikes make this resort an ideal place to stay. Nearby you will find Harbour Town Marina, which houses plenty of unique shops and restaurants to try out. You can also find other entertainment close by like Adventure Cove Family Fun Center, Legendary Falls Miniature Golf, a cinema, and several outlet malls for shopping.

Construction
Modernization of the Grande Ocean elevators will occur between April 2024 and July 2026, Up to two elevators will be closed at a time.
The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 2024 through Mar. 31, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.

The spacious Court Yard View two bedroom, two bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed and a bathroom with an oversized tub and walk-in shower. The unit features a guest bedroom with 1 queen bed and sleeper sofa or 2 queen beds and access to another full bathroom. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa with a furnished patio. There is a full kitchen with everything in it needed to cook a meal. The dining area features a table with 6 chairs for all your guests. Two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of eight guests. Bedding may vary between 1 King/2 Queen/1 Sleeper Sofa or 1 King/1 Queen/2 Sleeper Sofa.

Cashless Resort: There is no cash available at this resort, and credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Free parking. Garage height clearance 6 feet 10 inches. Boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and trailers not allowed at resort.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Exceeded expectations

This property is in a great location and it was more spacious than I anticipated-2 teen boys and two girls- along with my husband and myself. Plenty of room. Great beach and very nice pools.

Best resort EVER!!!!

The entire resort property was gorgeous! Everything was so clean, beautiful and spacious pools, plenty of chairs, easy beach access with walkways through the sand. We loved all the activities each day for all ages, the pool bar and grill, and how close we were to Coligny shopping area and Sea Pines! 25 min bike ride to Harbour Town or Salty Dog Cafe. We voted this the BEST resort we’ve ever stayed in on the beach!! Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation

We booked this condo last minute. It was our first time visiting Hilton Head so we were a little nervous going into the trip. However, we could not have asked for a better week. The condo was clean, spacious, conveniently located, and the amenities were wonderful. We will definitely be visiting the area again and we plan to book this condo. The renters were wonderful to work with!
