This two-story condo is a scenic spot for both recreation and relaxation. Enjoy live music, food, cold drinks and oceanfront views at The World Famous Tiki Hut or frozen tropical cocktails at Pool Bar Jims - both just a short walk from the villa!! Free golf cart rides and the Breeze Trolley are other ways to get from here to there on Hilton Head's South end. This updated villa has all the comforts of home! This 2 story villa is located on the second floor. Our spacious 2 bedroom villa sleeps up to 5 guests. The primary suite has a King-sized bed, while the second bedroom has 1 Full-sized bed and 1 twin-sized bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage. There are 3 baths- 2 full baths located upstairs and a half bath on the main floor for your convenience! The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. The back balcony with spiral stairs leads you to the community grounds and the Springwood community pool. This condo sits alongside a creek in Springwood Villas, a property that boasts an outdoor swimming pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! Enjoy easy access to the Cordillo Tennis/Pickleball Courts across the street. Both Low Country Celebrations Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just under quarter mile away. If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you! The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st. Please note, all cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee. No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided. During record high heat, HVAC kept us very cool and comfortable without problems. All basic amenities were available and covered our needs. Everyone loved the pool and the beautiful grounds with all the turtles. A nice playground close by was a definite hit with the younger kiddos. Lots of dining options within walking distance. All within a short walking distance. A little feedback, the key to our sliding glass door was broken on arrival (you need to exit the condo via sliding doors and go down spiral steps to get to the pool area). If you can't lock the sliding door and your whole family is at the pool, then your condo is left unlocked. This problem was not rectified the entire time we were on vacation (8 nights). Management was aware of the problem - an attempt was made to fix it, but problem was not fully fixed during our stay. It was nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. A bathroom was ensuite in both master and guest rooms w/ half bath on lower level. The furniture on main level was comfortable, but mattresses were mediocre. It was clean on arrival, but carpeting was stained and appeared dirty (berber carpet). The entire condo complex was beautiful and the grounds were maintained very well.
