The property was clean and had a very comfortable king sized bed. It had everything we needed, although it would have been great to have a kettle to make tea instead of two coffee makers. We got locked out of the condo when the batteries died on the entry lock but someone came quickly to let us back in thanks to excellent communication with the rental company. I would not consider the beach to be within walking distance, but if you want a nice run or bike ride it’s definitely doable. However, don’t let that deter you- Forest Beach is a 5 minute drive and to be honest who wants to carry a bunch of beach things?!
