Sleek upscale decor, gorgeous new bathroom and kitchen, peaceful blues and greens- all part of the magic in one of the coolest, nicest beachfront condos at Seaside. Everything is supplied so just bring yourself, your flip flops and a toothbrush - and enjoy the beach!
Open floor plan. Thoughtfully wheelchair-friendly as well, with grab bars, extra threshold ramps, handheld shower, and tub seat.
Unit 230 was totally gutted and rebuilt in 2022 and is incredible! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower. 2 beach chairs are included. Incredible ocean views from this 2nd floor condo! Beach items included: Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach cooler backpack and a wireless portable bluetooth speaker. Lots of beach toys including frisbees, paddleball, bocce, jazzminton, sand toys, football, nerfball and pool noodles! There are also many books and games!

Wonderful vacation accommodations from start to finish. Place was exactly the way it was listed. Great close location to beach, pool, restaurants. great location close to everything, walk onto the beach, ocean view from lanai. Host is readily available and communicates well, offered early entry upon arrival. Unit is small but plenty of room for two adults, only cons is AC doesn't cool the bedroom and provisions were lacking, make sure to bring your own coffee, soap, shampoo, t-paper, etc

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and clean. Excellent communication with the host. There were some great suggestions for food, drinks, etc that were given by the host. We used a few of them and really appreciated the tips on the area. We would love to stay here again!

We had such a great time here during our 5 night stay on HHI. The location is amazing- so close to the beach, ocean views from the balcony, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. This condo is so beautiful! It has a great view of the ocean and an easy walk there. The bed is so comfortable( I always look for this when I look at reviews!) You would not regret staying here, it’s so convenient to shopping, eating, bicycling too. The owners are outstanding to work with. If I could give more stars I would!

This condo was completely remodeled and beautiful! Wonderful location! A few steps to beach and pool and short walking distance to Coligny. Having a beach wagon and beach chairs to use was an added bonus. Property manager was very helpful and responsive! We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

We had an excellent stay in this condo and loved having an ocean view from the balcony! So close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being close to Cologne Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend! It was a bit small for 4 people, but fine for just a week. I’m very picky about beds and found the king sized bed to be extremely comfortable!

Very nice but small property. This condo is the right size for 2 people or a family with a child. They also provided a lot of accessories needed for a beach vacation like chairs, boogie boards, games and floaties. More towels are needed if you plan to be there for more than a few days. The combination lock system is a nice feature so you don't have to carry anything that can be lost on the beach. The area also has nice bike paths and parks for young kids.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay on what was our first trip to Hilton Head. This ocean-view condo is small but perfect for two, and was clean and modern, and in a good location near Coligny Plaza. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking was available, even for our pickup truck. The instructions and communication with the owner, Kendall, and overall responsiveness to questions, were absolutely top notch and contributed to our positive experience. We also appreciated the beach gear in the unit (cart, chairs, backpack cooler, etc.), and umbrella & chair rental service is also available at the beach. We would rent this unit again if available.
