It was more than enough space for my family. It is a short distance to the beach. The only tricky thing is the driveway during the busy season...lots of walkers and bikers using the path making it tricky to pull in and out of the driveway at times. Clean and the AC was amazingly cool. The master bedroom mattress was the bomb. We slept better than at home. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only thing that I wish was different was the house being so close to the busy main road. It was still a great place and would definitely go back. They accommodated our small dog, which was nice.
