As you enter this beautiful home, you are first greeted by its open concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring, high ceilings, and crown molding. The living room features two leather sofas, a 65-inch smart TV, abundant natural light from large windows, and a small desk area ideal for those needing to work while on vacation. French doors provide access to a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The newly updated gourmet kitchen boasts GE Café top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a stunning coastal tile backsplash. A coffee bar with a built-in beverage cooler adds convenience, while a center island with seating for three makes for the perfect spot for a quick bite. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful teak table that comfortably seats eight. The Primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, a cozy sitting area, HDTV, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The en-suite Primary Bathroom has been fully renovated with luxurious touches and high-end designer finishes. It features a large vanity with double sinks, a freestanding soaking tub, and a spacious tiled walk-in shower, all thoughtfully curated for both comfort and style. Mid-level, just up a small set of stairs behind the kitchen, is the first Guest Bedroom with a queen bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The master bedroom is downstairs which provided my husband and I some privacy. The pool is small. More like a plunge pool but we didn’t use it much because it was cooler when we visited. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home offered our family and friends an oasis to escape to this Fall Break. The house is in a great location, maybe 5 minute walk to beach and came fully equipped with everything we needed plus some surprises. The bikes, beach chairs and toys, and ping pong table in the garage were a huge bonus. The pool was smaller but perfect for our family. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of the home allowed each of us our own space, yet the common areas were large enough we could also gather together. I'm not sure I'd call the kitchen a "chef's" kitchen, but it was well enough equipped that we were able to prepare several meals throughout the week. The bathrooms could use some updating but overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay at the property again. ##### Andrea S.
