The Windsor property is well maintained with clean pools & easy beach access. The one bedroom was comfortable. The patio seating & barstools were adequate for 2 people. The sofa bed & love seat were dirty & very uncomfortable. We did not use them to sit or sleep. Management replaced the mattress & someone from housekeeping was kind enough to stop by on her way home to help us put a zip up cover on one of the replacements until a new mattress could be provided. Beach Properties was very responsive to our needs & helpful. I would recommend this unit after some updates have been made to it.
