Simple STUDIO 5 Min from BEST BEACH w Comfy Bed, Awesome Shower & Brand New AC

Enjoy a recently remodeled studio (aka a one room dwelling w a bathroom & kitchenette ) decorated with a hip surf theme is only minutes from HH’s best beach... You can bike in 7 min or drive in 2 minutes or walk in 10 min on a lovely paved path to South Forest Beach! Also because this is my hometown I can connect with anyone for anything such as: bike rentals, private beach parking, tips on what to do for fun, restaurant reservations, discounted water sports rentals... let me know... I'm here for you!

My villa/ apartment is a STUDIO dwelling which means it is ONE AWESOME ROOM ( some people don't know what studio means) So although it is small & very simple, it's clean, well equipped & all you really need for an affordable Hilton Head vacation spot!

People often assume that all rentals on Hilton Head are of a high luxury standard- to avoid disappointment I would like to state that this unit is in a working class diverse neighborhood. I live in this unit in our slower months & I know first hand that the neighborhood is safe with hard working friendly neighbors.

My prices are extremely fair as the nearby hotels are $400+ a night & that’s without a kitchenette!

The bed is comfy, the shower is amazing & the AC is brand new!

Everything was as advertised, a quiet, quaint, clean space to enjoy a weekend at the beach. I really didn't have any issues during our stay. Great space, great pricing, no brainer. Many thanks to the hostess.

Walking distance to the beach

Arrived and combination didn’t work; left and door was unlocked at my request and no key, taken care of later when I returned. Pool was under some kind of construction during my stay, found out when I arrived. Room is what you see in pictures, it was clean. Plenty of parking, no issue. Owner offered a few perks, but kept getting too busy to fulfill. I ended up leaving a day early, very overpriced and highly overrated by 5 stars. I think the owner is a good person but cares more about her other properties.

Cozy Room

The room was clean the air conditioner worked fine. The place worked great for us just there to sleep and take showers. Had no problems checking in. The property manager was nice. Also just a FYI the room doesn't have a T.V. so we brought ours hooked up to WIFI which worked without any problems and we watched prime movies at night. We will definitely be back next year. And great price!!!

Clean and convenient!

An impromptu trip because we had family staying at a resort nearby, we needed a last minute spot to be able to shower and sleep without imposing. Suited our needs perfectly. Convenient location close to shops and beaches. Wonderful host with excellent communication
