This condo is so close to the pool & beach that it makes your stay a breeze. I am nearing my third trimester of pregnancy, so we knew we needed “easy” & this was it! The condo is so cute. The only downfall was cleanliness upon arrival. The carpeted areas had a few large stains & didn’t look like it had been vacuumed prior to our arrival. Nothing major, but candy wrappers, popcorn, & someone’s dropped medication laying around. A vacuum is present in the condo, so we did some light cleaning before unpacking, but overall, our stay was great! The property was perfect for two or up to four. The room was clean and tidy and the view was great. The Netflix subscription stopped working after the first night, but still had Amazon Prime. This is our second stay at 1509 in Villamare and was another great experience. My wife and I stayed back in October and this time we brought my 90 yr old father. It is a great location with nice view of the ocean and easy beach access. The unit was sold between our last visit and this trip and the living room and a few other furnishings were nicely updated. Would highly recommend this unit for a great visit to Hilton Head. ##### Donald K.
