This premium cottage has it all. Situated on beautiful Avenue of Oaks, Sea Dreams guests will look to the Atlantic Ocean beach from the front porch and enjoy a serene marsh view from the rear screened porch.. The cottage has a wonderful location, and cottage guests will be just steps away from the pristine Melrose Beach.

The interior of the cottage is open and spacious living/dining/kitchen area that is great for family and friend time. The cottage includes cable television and WIFI is Free during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8 or more with full size appliances, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a stocked Coffee/Tea Bar, making meal preparation easy for you and your family throughout your stay - even Holidays! Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or screened porch.

A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available to make island life more convenient and comfortable; and there is a high chair and pack & play for your infant and toddler needs.

A golf cart is also included with your booking and additional golf carts are available at discounted rate. Information for reserving additional carts will be provided at booking GAS CARTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL JONBIE COTTAGES & VILLAS and Carts are NOT to be used for hauling luggage, groceries, coolers, etc.

Information on transportation to and from the island along with getting groceries and activities will be provided with your rental. Sea Dreams is an owner vacation home and we’re happy to share our dream with you along with all that we know of beautiful, special Daufuskie Island.

Perfect Beach House!
This charming house on the beach is as advertised. Clean and smartly appointed, it has everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filed stay—from a fully-equipped kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas and games for the kids. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and thoughtful. When they saw we had a four-year-old they even brought over a bike with training wheels! We loved our stay.

Great location
We had a great time exploring Daufuskie! It’s a beautiful island and this property was just as advertised. Location was so close to the beach that it was less than a five minute walk or better yet, you could drive the golf cart ( included with your stay) right up to the beach. So nice that everything you needed for the beach was included as well as bikes and paddle boards! We highly recommend as the owners and property managers are super to work with too!

Booked a last minute vacation here. The home was immaculate and well prepared for our arrival. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Property manager met us at the property to go over everything we needed to know about our stay and was available throughout when we had questions. The golf cart was an excellent addition, we had so much fun just exploring the island each day when we weren't on the beach enjoying the calm water Daufuskie had to offer. Highly recommend Daufuskie Island and JonBie Maisons for those seeking a peaceful vacation away from the crowds and noise.

Charming cottage on a laid back island
We truly enjoyed our stay on Daufuskie island, and loved having a pet friendly property. Beach chairs and beach blanket were included but to stay, and when we requested an umbrella the property managers delivered one the same day. The beaches were uncrowded and the golf cart was a great way to see the island. It was also a really nice cart! The bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. Be sure yku bring sugar, salt, pepper and any condiments if you plan to cook. Would also recommend additional detergent pods; the house came with two but one was for beach towels and the capacity of washer and dryer was quite small. Highly recommend this property and management company. Highly responsive to any questions or needs, and a well-maintained house. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The house is in a great location and very clean. We enjoyed the short cart ride ( that came with the house ) to the beach. The house had everything you could need and was nice to come back to and relax after exploring the Island .

Our house got switched at 11th hour, golf cart was new and 4 seater, getting luggage to and from Haig was a bit weird and not well advertised, once we got to house everything was enjoyable, accommodations were good! Hope Melrose and Bloody Pt come back to original grandeur.
