Our "piece of heaven" -Ocean View Villa-just steps from the beach is waiting for you! We have tried to think of everything to make your stay a memorable one, whether you are a single traveler or a family with small children. Enjoy the beach, miles of biking trails, golf, great restaurants, a variety of water activities, shopping--- or choose to stay in and unwind with a large screen Smart TV, games, movies, books and view of the beach.
Our villa is on the second floor of the C-building and includes: beach chairs, umbrella & wagon (PLEASE rinse chairs, beach wagon and toys at showers located by the pool to reduce sand brought into the Villa) , books, DVDs, board games, USB outlet, wine chiller, 55" Smart TV in living room, cable TV, WiFi internet, HDMI cable (ready for your gaming system) 40" TV in bedroom, Keurig coffee maker, kitchen with under counter dimmable lighting, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, double ceiling fan on patio and bar stools on the patio to enjoy beach view.
In addition, we provide all linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags etc.
On premises outdoor activities include: beach access to ocean, 2 pools and kiddie pool, 6 tennis courts, 12 pickle ball courts, children's playground, bike rentals, walking and biking trails, fitness facility, grilling and picnic areas, pizza parlor, sports bar and seasonal beach restaurant , Jamaica Monz Snow-Cone/Ice Cream shack, beach volleyball and 24 hour security.
During the Summer there are movies by the pool and crafts for kids, along with many other family fun activities organized by the complex.
In addition to our wonderful on-site restaurants Jamaica Joe'z and Coconutz Sports Bar ---check out the local Hilton Head Brewery and Hilton Head Distillery as well as the Island Winery.

During the summer months we rent weekly only. Check in 4 pm & check out 10am Saturday.
Please let us know if you or your family are in need of any special accommodations. This unit is NOT recommended as spacious enough for 6 adults, even close adults. Perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a couple with "littles".

My daughter, myself and my 2 grandkids had a lovely time together at Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort. Check-in was a breeze and the condo was immaculate. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed there longer. Kids couldn’t wait to see the beach and it was great to load up the chairs provided and head out on the short walk. It was an amazing time.

Listing was accurate and the condo was very nicely updated. Been staying at HHI B&T for 20+ years and this is one of the nicer condos we've experienced. Closely located to the laundry facilities and good view of the pool and peek of the ocean.

Everything at this condo was excellent . The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed . The location to the pool and the beach was very good , and was a very clean area. My husband abd I both enjoyed staying at the condo , and felt very safe with a security person at the entrance gate at all times.

We had a great time in Hilton Head. This unit was in the perfect location, with literally steps to the beach. Clean, great price. If you are looking to sleep more than two you should know that there is only one actual bedroom, with one full sized bed and then a bunk bed. It was just my husband and myself so it was perfect for us two.

My husband and I stayed at Susan and Jim's place and had a wonderful time! The location is perfect, right on the beach and the pool is just a few steps away. The neighborhood is very family friendly, safe and quieter than some other locations on the island. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. I highly recommend Susan and Jim's place to any families or couples looking for a nice getaway!

The condo was very well stocked. There was lots of nice beachy touches ...you can tell the owners really care. We loved the neighborhood and really took advantage of the Amenities including: bike rentals, tennis, basketball, pools and easy access to the beach. We were 2 adults and 3 young children so this cozy space worked for us.

I stayed with my husband, and two small children. This condo was perfect for us. Very clean. My 4 year old loved all the board games that were there. We had everything we needed there, literally. The resort itself was great. We truly had the best time. We contacted the property manager twice and both times our questions were answered almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again. 😁

Stayed with my family which included 3 kids during peak vacation season. Property and room were exactly as described. Location and Resort are great, room is very close to the pool, bar, and beach, and my kids loved all the activities during the week (and the playground/basketball court). Easy access to other parts of HHI as well. Hosts were very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! We have 3 kids, 13, 9, and 8 and had ample space. They made great use of the space, it was nicely updated, and every space was well thought out to work perfectly for all your needs. There were many beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart. They even stocked coffee and teas. It’s a perfect unit in proximity to the beach, pool, restaurant, and ice cream/shaved ice stand. The pool has many activities for kids that make this condo extra great: night time movie with cotton candy, music trivia with popcorn, hair braiding, DJ with games/contests, etc. Our kids loved it! Food was great at restaurant and drinks great at the pool bar. We will be back!
