Only issue was my fault in not responding to emails before so I missed on getting the bikes and beach chairs. I reached out on Monday which was holiday and the text I got said to call the next day and they would figure out how we could redeem it. When I did the person was rude and just pointed out that they did what they were obligated to, and there was no chance of them helping me. Easy to get to other places on the island. The view of the pool, hot tub snd ocean was perfect. The only issue we are complaining about is what was NOT cleaned..The first complaint is the opened condom wrapper in the side drawer. Under the tv stand in the living room was ball and puzzle pieces. The biggest complaint was the fridge and freezer. WE replaced the baking soda boxes in both as they smelled like fish. We even had to pitch some of the food as they ended up tasting like fish. The condo was as described. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever seen! Loved the location and convivence to grocery shopping & restaurants. The location of our rental was perfect! We loved having the walkway to the beach so close. The restaurants, marina and shops were also nearby.
