This six bedroom, five and a half bathroom home can easily accommodate a group of up to seventeen guests. It is a quick walk to the beach as it is located second row ocean in Sea Pines. You can have your toes in the sand in under three minutes! The nice pool deck is the best spot to relax and catch some rays. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally – please see more details in the description below. There is an additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. There is a gas grill available for grilling out as well. FIRST FLOOR: A nice perk of this home is that it has multiple living areas. The main living area is incredibly spacious with plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and access to the back porch. There is also a small den with additional seating, a flat screen TV and access to the back porch. The fully equipped kitchen is open to both living areas. There is an eat-in breakfast table in the kitchen and a larger dining room table just outside the kitchen. The laundry room with a washer/dryer is located on the first floor. Just down a small flight of stairs there is a game room featuring a large flat screen TV, ping pong table and foosball table – fun for the kids AND the adults! Plus a 2nd refrigerator is located in the game room. There is a half bath located just at the top of the steps on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The private bathroom has his-and-her sinks + walk-in shower. MID-LEVEL: The second master suite is located mid-level. It has a king bed, sitting area and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom three has two pyramid bunk beds and a flat screen TV! Bedroom four has a king bed and a flat screen TV. For a home that can house a crowd, the kitchen can’t feed as many. I know that’s a need for our family that others aren’t going to share. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at many houses on Hilton Head Island and this is one of our favorites. We had four families with lots of kids. The game room was fun for all and out of the way from the rest of the house. It’s an easy walk to the beach even for the little ones. Honestly this rental company is the best. We didn’t have to check in because everything was mailed or emailed to us. I messaged them in the evening that we needed new pots and pans and they messaged me right back and sent someone out the next morning with a box of brand new ones. The hot tub stopped heating and they fixed it ASAP plus reimbursed us for the day it didn’t work. I’m sure things go missing when guests leave the home so it was so nice to contact them and have anything delivered. We nicknamed this house “skinny pool house”, but it’s actually a nice sized pool in my opinion. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation in a neat 6 bedroom 2nd row house near South Beach. We had only two (2) issues. First, there are four (4) mega mansions under construction on the beach so we had a lot of noise and congestion which was a concern with young children and pool-side sunning. Second, the exterior of the house had a lot of tree debris on the deck and around the pool when we arrived and which was not blown off all week. But, the house was great and the walk to the beach fairly short. Everyone loved biking on Sea Pines. The layout of the house allows everyone privacy and their own bathrooms (there is one jack-and-jill). The game room (converted garage) was especially enjoyed by our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren. We experienced some very cold weather, and had to call the management company regarding a heat issue and a minor pluming issue. They were extremely prompt and very professional. The management group was easy to deal with and handled a few small issues very quickly and professionally. The pool area has a great amount of seating and umbrellas for several guests to enjoy.
