The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of cooking but we didn't because we were out and about. The pool is on the smaller side and on the side of parking lot. The condo sits off a peaceful lagoon with stunning sunrises and dewy morning grounds perfe t for morning zen and yoga. The home was bright, clean, and well-equipped for cooking or relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. While the building is older with renovations in progress, security was always present and parking was easy. Pool was dated but still perfect for lounging. The location was ideal and close to fa few restaurants worth a stop, HBJ (BEST burgers), coffee shop, Bank of Hawaii, and a 24/7 Longs for all your essentials. Host left a wonderful list of local places to visit with some gems.
