We walked into town and around the park behind the property. The condo itself had everything we needed and there was a laundry room down the hall. The building was safe and quiet. The condo is in a office-like building that has businesses on a few of the floor so it seemed a bit odd and outdated. However, it is located next to a lagoon, across the street from the beach and some food trucks, and within walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked the keyless entry to the condo and the 3 balconies to catch the sunrise. We wished that there was better lighting in the bathroom. We loved every single minute of our stay here. The owner has put great care into outfitting this condo. High end couches, comfortable beds with luxurious bedding, tastefully decorated and much more. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked so that my group could cook several meals at the condo. My favorite part of the condo has to be the views. I spent many mornings drinking my coffee on the lanais overlooking the park with its beautiful and tall coconut trees and crystal blue waters. This 2 bd condo was the perfect escape from my day to day, even though I was on a working vacation. The Wifi was super fast, and we all appreciated the smart TVs in every room! One of the bathrooms has a walk in shower which is very rare at this building. This was such an appreciated feature as one of the members in my party has mobility issues. This is the only condo complex in Hilo that I have found that has air conditioning throughout the unit, so we were able to stay cool and comfortable our whole stay. Parking is included at no additional cost which is most appreciated, even though we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants. I love the location and was close to the Hilo beaches, many stores and all of the best restaurants. The building is very secure with its 24 hour security and the guards are all very nice and friendly. Thank you Terry and Amber for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year! ##### Dawn B.
