Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Yes the lifts are snug, indeed the rooms too, but in your the heart of London, so understandable and good value at the price point for the sq.footage - go across the road to the Savoy and do the math on the cost per sq.foot if you disagree!! lol
