We have stayed at this property before and it was just average at the time but Everspring bought the property and is dumping a lot of money into the property and it is a really nice property. The staff are amazing, Amanda the manager is a wonder and she has everything under control. Highly recommend this property

This hotel has been freshly renovated and was so clean inside. Amanda welcomed me during checkin and not only was she incredibly friendly but also just easy to talk to. We received fresh cookies upon check in and was given instructions on pool and breakfast - a must for a traveling family! The room was spotless and a great size. The pool was clean and my 3 year old had fun plus was a manageable space to watch him with an 8 month old solo - win! The beds were comfortable and we had a peaceful night, no noise even being right next to a major road. Breakfast was delightful, especially the gravy. Im very picky about gravy lol but it was delicious! The breakfast area was also spotless and easy to use. Amanda was there for check out as well and was as equally delightful to connect with as the evening before. Hill city is also the perfect mid point between crazy horse and mt Rushmore and highly recommend if you are traveling with young kids to stay here! We will be back. Thanks Amanda and team for a great stay!

Everspring Inn & Suites is well-situated near the highway, making it easily accessible to highways connecting with tourist sights. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It was very clean. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. The desk clerks were very friendly. I will stay here again when I go through/ to Hill City.

Accommodating and friendly.
Check in person helped with an issue right upon check in. I reserved the hotel bc of the hot tub. It was broken upon our arrival. She changed our room to one with in room tub. Which satisfied our need as we were hiking daily and needed the hot tub at end of days.

A nice spot to stay, good for off-season pricing but not the best outside of that. Breakfast area is small and offerings aren’t great. Clean but definitely could use some updating in the rooms and pool/hot tub area.

The staff at EverSpring were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and well arranged. It was nice to have parking! Breakfast was good. The only downside is very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors and traffic from outside.

We got to Hill City early and were hoping to get into our room before heading out to Mt Rushmore. We were able to do so. The attendant was very polite and energetic. It's a very good, inexpensive hotel within walking distance of restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The pool area was very clean and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly. Minor thing is that there isn’t an elevator which isn’t a huge deal because there are only 2 floors, but made for a lot of trips to haul our stuff in and out because we had coolers and lots of bags.
