Creekside Cabin With Mountain Views

This spacious cabin has rustic/pine decor with a living room with a rock, wood burning fireplace and mountain views from the sofa, TV, full kitchen with all amenities, dining room that steps out to the gas grill, laundry room, family room with pool table, large wrap around deck with patio furniture overlooking the creek, rock path to sitting area next to the creek, open grassy area for children to play, volleyball, baseball, etc. The cabin is bordering Black Hills National Forest for unending adventure!

Within 25 minutes to Lead/Deadwood, Terry Peak or 15 minutes to Deerfield Lake for boating/fishing, or 22 miles to Hill City which is the gateway to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse.

Central to all the pleasures of the Black Hills, this is a great place to unwind with the smell of the pines, whispering of the creek, and the peace that comes with 'getting away from it all'. Whether you are 4 wheeling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, skiing, sledding, hunting, fishing, gold panning, rock hunting, caving, swimming, boating, or touring from the car, you can do it all from here! It is the perfect 'getaway from it all' retreat.

Perfect Spot for Family Getaway

The house was even bigger and nicer than the photos show and the location was fantastic. Being back behind Rochford allowed privacy and being right on Rapid Creek allowed fly fishing right in the back yard. Everything was neat and in working order and the place had tons of space. Would absolutely love to bring my family back here.

Very comfortable and met our expectations

4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out great for the 4 couples. Everything we needed was there. We were out riding every day and was nice to come back to our “home” and relax on the deck and by the stream.

We absolutely loved this property; there were 5 of us and all of us loved the cabin and the location. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the scenery, listening to the creek and just relaxing. We wished we could have spent more time enjoying the cabin. We cannot wait to stay here again.

The cabin was very clean. The layout of the cabin was well planned. Outside deck area to enjoy the view. Quiet neighborhood with neighbors 100 yards away. Many trails close by with beautiful scenery.

Awesome Cabin

Cabin was a great place to stay. View was outstanding. The cabin was very clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot. Had everything we needed. Pool table is a nice addition to pass time. Would definitely rent again.

Another great stay at Creekside Cabin

We had another great stay at the Creekside cabin. Our group is a multigenerational group of guys who have hunted the Black Hills for many years. The cabin is always clean and comfortable. If we draw licenses again next year we'll be back

Enjoyed this cabin. The creek out front and wildlife that would come around in the mornings and evenings was fun to watch and listen too. We did cook most of our meals there. Gas grill could be updated along with kitchen utensils. Other than that we had a great time!

Amazing break

The cabin was gorgeous. The kids loved the room and the pool table. We loved being out in the country. I just wish we would have known how far from everything it was. The address says Hill City but it’s quite the drive from Hill City. Would stay there again though!!

Peaceful

This cabin is spacious and Beautiful with a gorgeous view. There were 9 of us and plenty of space. We saw white tail deer every day. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was peaceful and quiet. The creek made for the perfect outside noise. Yes its a bit of a jaunt from the towns/cities but the views on the drive are fantastic. We loved our stay.

Week in the Hills

This location is perfect for trail riding. Put on over 100 miles each day trail riding and discovery the hidden gems of the Black Hills. The game room was perfect for night time entertainment for our kids. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans, etc to cook meals. Sitting on the deck listening to the sound of the creek is very relaxing.

Fantastic Cabin

Awesome cabin to stay at. Very clean. Cozy. If you are looking for a place to stay off the beaten path, this is it. It was a trek to get back to the cabin from hill city. Only 23 miles but dirt roads and slow speeds make it a 50 min drive. We still loved the stay even with that drive included. Wifi password gave in the email and on the pages at the cabin was incorrect. But we figured it out by typing in the information on the router. No biggie. Highly recommend!
