We stayed at the luxury suits and I was the nicest place to stay in the area. Great having separated bedrooms. The pool as nice and the hot tub was kept at a nice hot level. Too hot for kids to go into but nice for adults to step into after a cool day.

First off, very affordable during off season, so we didn’t expect much. Good sized 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was satisfactory except it was musty. Was very affordable and sufficient for a short stay. Name is luxury suites, don’t expect luxury.

The location was excellent for visiting many of the Black Hills attractions. The apartment with a full kitchen made it easy for us to save money by cooking many of our own meals and packing our lunches for the days' activities. The free breakfast was excellent as was having a swimming pool and hot tub ti soak at the end of the day, though the chlorine was extremely strong and uncomfortable to breathe and thechot tub was scaldingly hot (easy fixes). We would stay there again..

The apartment was clean and well appointed for everything we needed. Only 4 stars because we struggled with the climate control in the bedroom too make it cool enough for us. Otherwise, all we could have asked for.

2-bedroom apartment was very nice. This hotel has the best free breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed at. 2 pools, small hot tub. Great location for exploring the Black Hills.

We've stayed here for 8 years in a row. The past two years the property had become sort of run down. This year was much improvement. The property was cleaner, in better shape, the yard and land shaping were maintained, and the hot tub was fully functional again.

parking lot was confusing apparently under same management as BW should be signs to that effect for check in loved the separate bedrooms for our buddy trip need some updating though BF was ok not great staff congenial indoor pool hot tub great good location in Hill City

The staff was great! Very helpful and quickly to resolved lighting issues we had in our two bedroom suite. The pool areas were clean, the hot tub was hot and working, and there was plenty of seating around both pools. The only negative thoughts on our stay was the comfort of the queen beds in our suite.

Liked the 2 separate bedrooms. Didn’t read the fine print at the bottom of the instructions sent in the email about where you had to check in. After walking around the property, we ran into someone coming out of one of the buildings who told us where we needed to go. Being tired from traveling all day, I wasn’t in the best of moods to have this run around. Need to have this information at the top of the email.

Property is confusing to find as it’s actually operated by best western golden spike which is next door. This property looks to be an apartment complex now converted to a hotel. Staff was very friendly. Pool is large and spacious. Room was large but the rooms need some work. Our couch was partially broken the other furniture was old and run down. Overall the experience was good but with a little investment the place can go from good to great.

Nice 2 bedroom suite which worked great for our group. The breakfast was standard but helped fuel us up each morning. Outdoor pool was never open but they had an indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was nice for us one of the days. This is connected to the Best Western so you have access to all of their amenities.

Overall stay good to very good. Luxury apartments need bureaus in bedrooms, breakfast was ok but not great. Outdoor pool was not open, indoor pool was terrific. Staff accommodating but no housekeeping except for towels, and supplies. Location in Hill City excellent close to attractions. Daily room rates very reasonable. Would stay again
