The home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing fall weekend. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail to ensure guests feel welcome and at ease.Dealing with Kim has been a real pleasure — she’s responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about making the stay seamless. The surrounding area is as stunning as ever, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors or simply unwind and take in the views. We loved the hottub, fireplace and 6 bedrooms to give everyone their own space. We were two families (4 adults, 5 kids ages 5-11) here for a ski weekend at Belleayre. The house is very close to the mountain and has lots of space to spread out in. We cooked and ate at the house, which had a well-stocked kitchen. The photos are very accurate and the beds were comfy and the towels plush! We had a great time. The internet wasn’t working at first, but the host worked quickly to get a repairman out to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Kelly T. The space is spacious and thoughtfully maintained, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. We stayed here m last fall and loved it so much that we knew we had to return this year. The house offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay, and it’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into ensuring their guests feel welcome.The surrounding area is stunning, with gorgeous views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities or just unwinding in peace. The house is perfect for our 3 generation family, plenty of room, fabulous fireplace, and surrounded by nature. Both years we were lucky to have plenty of snow to make it look like a winter wonderland. House is fully stocked with everything you need and spotless on arrival. The hot tub is clean and enjoyed by all! Kim the host has always answered any questions quickly, all communication is thorough and easy to follow. This was our first time in the Catskills and skiing at Belleayre. Kim the host went above and beyond to answer all my questions before, during, and after the trip. The house is truly a private retreat in the mountains! The scenery from every window was spectacular, especially since we were lucky enough to be there in a snow storm! The house was very clean, beds were all made with quality linens, and plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, serve, and clean up. Firewood was supplied for the stone fireplace and fire pit. Hot tub was enjoyed by all! The ski resort is 5 minutes from the house, which makes it a perfect place for a ski getaway! The place met our needs well but there were several maintenance/ upkeep issues that were minor.
