This experience was a good one. The lobby is cute but smells strongly of chlorine from the pool. Our room was on the first floor and was comfortable and clean. You have to request housekeeping because they only clean every three days. The front desk staff and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. There’s free breakfast however on the morning I went to have breakfast they were out of a lot of things because the food order didn’t arrive. Overall, I would stay there again.

"When I first arrived to the room we weren’t helped to check into the room. The lady was chit chatting with a friend and not checking us in. Luckily her coworker saw and she helped us. Then when we first got to the room. The door to the bathroom was broken. The first night we ended up getting stuck ..."

"The breakfast was marginal there was good variety but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were marginal. We ate out on the third day so not really a value. No water provided in the room. I would expect more from Hyatt"
