It was nice to have the option to sit outside, although people did walk by outside. We were able to take our luggage out through the courtyard to our car without having to pull it upstairs to the check-out desk and then downstairs to the street. Chuck (?) was very helpful. The breakfasts were were fresh and filling. "The staff were very friendly. The main lobby and bar area were comfortable and nicely decorated, but the room was very small compared to other Hotel Indigo hotels that I have visited before. The room was not as nice as other Hotel Indigo hotels."
