"While the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the BREAKFAST bar was pretty terrible. It was difficult to find any real, fresh food, aside from a few apples and oranges. Nearly every choice was over processed and packaged. And the coffee machine is pretty feeble. In addition, there was no way to recycle the great amount of plastic that was used in trying to put together something healthy to eat or drink."

"A huge hotel! The property was well maintained and clean. Some of the furniture and fixtures were obviously worn out - the headboard was worn out in spots, the refrigerator door did not close, the vanity had lots of scuff marks - but mattress and bedding were comfortable. The pool and gym were great. The on site restaurant was very good! Super friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again vs the Grand Hilton in Pearl River."

"This is clearly an older building and the carpets looked worn and shabby and hallway could use some paint. But it was very clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room had all the basics we needed. Breakfast was more limited than most. They served hardboiled eggs that were stone cold and rubbery and a meager assortment of pastry and cereal. Air conditioner was very noisy as was the noise from the motorcycle gang that invaded the hotel next to ours. The staff, on the other hand, were so helpful and gracious. They answered questions, helped solve a problem that arose with my travel party, and I am very grateful."

"Kitchen was clean, the room was clean, the bathroom had two tiny soaps, one at the bathtub and one at the sink. More than enough towels. Encountered a couple of very big ants in the bathroom. The reception area was deplorable. The front two floor mats in front of the reception area were disgusting and dirty and needed to be thrown out. The floor appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks or months. "
