"The bright spots were that the bed was clean and comfortable and the shower wall looked very nice! The bed made my stay worth it. But the room is in dire need of updating with very worn chairs, and a heater that smelled like dust was burning in it when I tried to turn it on. Although it worked, I will warn you that the faucet in the tub/shower had the hot and cold sides switched in my room. And the center of the parking lot is full of holes and gravel. This place looks like it used to look very nice, and it still has some nice trees and landscaping, but it is in need of some upkeep and updating."

"Great breakfast, very clean, comfy beds, the staff was friendly, and the pool was very warm. Only thing I’d note is the parking lot. Parking is limited at the front of the hotel and I got back late one night and the door at the back lot would not open with my key. I had to walk to the front which is not my favorite thing to do when traveling solo."

"Beautiful Hotel. Loved the decor. Conveniently located with quick access to main roads and close to downtown Nyack which has the best restaurants. Will definitely continue to book stays here for business travel."

"Staff eager to help and signed us in earlier than expected. They were very helpful. The room was well fitted out, beds comfortable and all was clean. They were eager to help and provided additional towels when asked to do so. Definitely a place to stay when in Middletown, NY"
