"We had a great stay overall. I guess the only downside was the staff being inattentive. The house keeper was excellent but it was when we went to the pool and the pool bar was closed in late June. Granted there was a sign that said “call this number if pool bar is closed and need service” but we called and left a voicemail and never heard back or had anyone come outside. Also we called to have the fire pit outside the Mansfield house put on and the staff said they would but they did not. And as we waited around the fire pit we noticed multiple powertools with blades and batterypacks attached sitting on an end table by the fire pit. A bit unsafe for small children. And the poison pellet pesticides all over the ground doesn't help either."
"Very well managed facility with good amenities. Bed and piloows above average. Pool and Hot Tub excellent and open until 11pm.
Room layout and furniture placement VG. TV easy to use. 3 hooks in bathroom. Lighting near beds is sub-par. Coffee isn't so good. Butter at breakfast is too cold and doesn't melt.
Will return again."
Fabulous All-Season Lakehouse, 600' Lakefront, Lake Eden Vermont
10/10 Excellent
"The property was just perfect, location, house, amenities, everything was just everything and more than you could ask for! This was our second time at Lake Eden, for sure will not be our last! James was terrific to work with and extremely responsive when I had a question once we arrived. I waited two years with my reservation to stay at this property and it was worth every second of that wait!! cannot wait to have my next family gathering there next summer!"
"Our stay at Pine Crest Motel & Cabins far exceeded all the positive reviews we read before booking our cabin reservation. It was fantastic, our cabin was located on the river and it’s one of the best riverside experiences we’ve had over the years of traveling. The river is small and enjoyable, cabins are rustic but completely renovated and very clean. Owners live on property, so this is their life long dream, so they take great pride in it and are personally involved."
