It was a great stay the hotel staff were lovely. I loved the little touches such as lollies and treats in the lobby each day. The constant availability of coffee was also a great addition and the little breakfast snacks very welcome. My only gripe would be the design of the room. Sitting on our toilet you had a main beam coming from ceiling to floor almost between your legs and the toilet paper roll holder was almost behind you and the shower shelf was in an odd place so you could easily bump your head if your eyes were closed.

A sensational location, but a disappointing stay.
Renovations and maintenance were underway during our visit, but we weren’t told when we booked or checked in. We only discovered that our balcony was locked and unavailable when we found a letter on the desk while unpacking. This should have been communicated upfront.
The bed was another letdown. The frame was so low that it felt like sleeping on a mattress on the floor, making getting in and out difficult.
The property itself is nice enough, and the location is sensational. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and uncomfortable bed overshadowed those positives.
Would I stay again? No.
