The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful, despite many not speaking English. Requests were promptly addressed. Room was clean, but furniture - especially the couch, was very uncomfortable - front edge of cushion you sit on kept compressing down into the sleeper sofa cavity, meaning your legs were resting on the hard metal front edge of the sofa instead of the cushion and the cushion had to be constantly repositioned to keep this from happening. Bed pillows are very thin - deflating as soon as you rest your head on them. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Room temp would not adjust lower - stayed around 72 despite being turned to 60 in attempt to be cooler. Due to medical condition am heat intolerant -maintenance was sent to fix it, but it only remained cooler for a few hours, then back up to 71 during night. Bathroom floor is very slippery when wet - I had sandals on and slipped and fell in the bathroom because of this, with very little moisture on the tile. Shower itself was wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful - many hot and cold options - scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, home fries, or option to special order for a fee. Grounds only have one small patio area off the dining area and the pool area - would be great if there were several outdoor seating options. Food and drink pricing at hotel other than free breakfast are high - would plan to eat out as there are multiple surrounding restaurants/bars nearby.
