My biggest complaint is that on Expedia it says there is breakfast included but at the hotel you have to pay $15 per person for breakfast.
The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port is also $15 per person. It was helpful for first time cruisers, however, if you are an experienced cruiser with small luggage it is unnecessary, an uber would be cheaper.
Additionally, Expedia was misleading with the hotel’s tags. It claims to be close to the beach however it is close to the Casino at Dania Beach, not any real beach. You will have to uber to go to a beach.
Staff was kind and helpful as well.
The hotel is safe and secure.
The pool is very clean and well-kept.
I would recommend for a night stay before and/or after a cruise.

Nice hotel with outdoor pool and free airport shuttle, and free breakfast!
They advertised the cruise port shuttle for a fee, but when I went to book it on the iPad in the lobby, as instructed, the option didn’t come up, and the person at the desk was clueless. So we just ordered an Uber!
The airport shuttle, however, was a breeze.
The breakfast was average. For close to 300 a night, I expected more breakfast options, and better service.
Altogether, it’s a decent hotel close to the airport and the cruise port.
This was my first time staying at a Hyatt, and I can say the Marriott got them beat by a long shot!
