Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special. When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life.
