Very nice hotel - excellent breakfast - small, not well served pool - no free sauna within the gym

Nice apartment.

Very clean comfortable and quiet providing a great overnight stay for a long transition journey

Lovely place, great value...3rd time there.

The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed. The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended.

On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile. The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have. The Indian restaurant on the seventh floor was another bonus and the food was fantastic. As was the Terrace@2828. A hotel i will have no hesitation to...

Loved it all.

Hotel was nice with easy access to WiFi. Wished that the roads were easier to walk on but if you plan to drive or use a taxi it is fine. Location is good if you want to be close to a mall and there are coffee shops nearby and a few restaurants or you can go to the avenues mall nearby which has more choice. Staff are helpful and access to 24 hour gym.

Lovely reception staff, very helpful and polite. The room was clean and nice. The pool was very small. When we went it had one family with children there and it was full! The area is not so great, it has loud, smoky bars and lots of men. There is a good supermarket and restaurant very close.

Very helpful and responsive staff. Did really use the amenities. Nice clean hotel and would definitely stay again

I had the most amazing time. The service was absolutely excellent. Jeson, Ashraf, Stephen and Fatu gave great service. They and other well mannered, respectful and helpful staff ensured that my stay was truly memorable. And the room omg what a beautiful place. Elegant and luxurious.

Great helpful kind staff.

Good hotel, 🛏️ n Juffair are, close to amenities. I would stay again there. Some reviewers complained about noices from clubs and restaurants within the hotel but we have no issues at level 3. Breakfast on weekends in the lobby only. Other days itt will be room service and you request your own breakfast.
