Clarion Hotel The Hub

"This was a very convenient hotel to stay at. A short walk from the train station and very central to the city of Oslo and many major attractions. The buffet breakfast was the BEST we have ever had in a hotel, top notch, lots of selection, fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, hot and cold items, eggs and omelets made to order. The staff were all pleasant and had a very helpful approach to all guests, both in the the restaurant and at the front desk. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The ONLY issue we had with this hotel was the promise and uktimate failure to refund a portion of the cost because we downgraded the original category of the room we booked for the 1st two nights of our stay to a lower category so we could remain in the same room for the 3rd night (which was the first night of a group tour). The issue came about when upon checkout there was no refund and the front desk employee indicated there was nothing she could do to help us out. When we asked about a contact name and # for a supervisor, none were provided. This was a very disappointing end to an excellent stay."

"What's not to love? A spacious room, cavernous shower with rainfall and handheld options, great food... And the spa itself... I haven't felt this relaxed in years. I'm not often on this side of the world, but next time I am, you better believe I'm coming back."

"It’s basically a motel - we showed up late to a key and good instructions. Super clean rooms, towels and sheets, bathrooms , dated bunk beds and mattresses aren’t 5 star. We stayed just to sleep, with kids passing through road trip. Played mini golf, which was great, nice area. No frills. Room has a fridge and a sink, shared bathrooms in hallway. Everything you need, won’t beat the price. Parking was confusing"

The staff at the reception are excellent and are professionals. I recommend to everyone to make a reservation to this hotel. You will not be disappointed once you get there."
