modern, everything works, I love the feature that you have a panel where you can control all the lights inside the room, and the room also has a mechanic curtain that is really helpful to be able to sleep

Pretty hotel room but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. The smudges on the desk and the fact that the smudges came off when I started cleaning… I don’t feel the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. Generally, I sanitize any room I stay in. Though, I am usually sanitizing a spotless room.
This hotel might also have plumbing issues. The smell of the bathroom filled the room, it was pretty unpleasant. The property just needs some upgrades.
I have to say, the staff is wonderful. We only spent one night but they were extremely hospitable. Also, I had the best little croissants and cappuccino at breakfast time!

This hotel is like a dream! Will always stay here anytime I go to Bruges. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing staff. Great free tour of Bruges offered by hotel.
